Iranian nuclear dilemmas

Is this so positively certain that an Iranian bomb would automatically constitute an ultimate world danger? First of all, it is worth noticing that the threat perception is a question of point of view. As it was so rightly pointed out in a report of "wise men", written at the request of the UN Secretary general to take a stock of the challenges to global security: the nightmares of one part of the world are far from corresponding to the concerns of the inhabitants of other areas. In fact, it is often rather the opposite. What appears here as a safeguard can be perceived as a risk in another corners of the world, and what is a risk for us can be regarded as the best of the safeguards by others. It is precisely for this reason that the risks can only be attenuated in the long run by means of solutions negotiated in mutual agreement. Otherwise, we can only assist to the never-ending accumulation of mutually annihilating "safeguards".
